Very friendly people and they take the time to answer questions, explain what needs explanation and help a first time puppy owner
Friendly vets, however it took me 2 weeks to get a refund as they overcharged. Had to explain the refund 3 different times to different people and always got mixed messages. Poor communication unfortunately.
Excellent care I had over 8 years for my dogs and cats.
