Great experience booking our holiday to Florida. The team where friendly and knowledge and answered all questions and queries quickly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They sorted out everything, even down to reserving our requested seats on the plane. When we discovered an issue with our rental car charges when we go home, they also dealt with this for us too. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
We booked a short break to Venice on a whim after seeing a good deal advertised in the window. Since we usually book all our breaks online using a travel agent was a novel experience & definitely one I would repeat. The service we got could not have been better, the flight times were moved to give us what amounted to an extra day, and given the very small price we paid for the flight hotel & breakfast I was very impressed with the high level of customer care provided. We had a very easy experience booking our holiday through Beacon Travel with helpful advice. When we arrived we were not happy with the food at the hotel, we contacted Beacon Travel via email who responded almost immediately asking us for more information and how we would like the problem resolved. Within 5 hours the whole situation had been sorted out for us whilst we sat on our sun loungers! Couldn't have been less stressful. We've had very poor customer service from big travel companies in the past, so I'm so glad we booked through local company Beacon Travel and would highly recommend them.
Not a great start to EuroDisney.....family of 6 allocated separate seats meaning my 6 and 8 year old are sitting next to strangers on a packed Eurostar. Requested forward facing seats.....all are rear facing. Let's hope Disney itself is better. All this despite booking months ago.
