Amazing service!! I previously ordered my veil from a bride shop last September nearly 5 months later my veil still hadn't come into stock despite them taking my money upfront. I cancelled my order with my original bride shop after speaking to laceandfavour who I spoke with over the phone. The lady said they had my veil in stock and they could post it right away. I went online and made the order and received my veil 2 days later !!! I cannot thank you enough, your serivce has been fantastic. Thank you so much
Just went to Lace and Favour with my mum to find some bridal shoes and a veil. Amy was so helpful, going above and beyond, with a great deal of quality stock available. Left very happy with both veil and shoes for the big day (and I struggle finding pretty shoes because I need a wide fit - this was catered for with plenty of options, fab!) Easygoing and friendly approach with a personal touch in this boutique - definitely felt taken care of! Also offered customisation options that I'll be taking advantage of for my veil, adding some sparkle. Brilliant, thank you so much!

I bought wedding shoes from them. I thought I have finally found a great place with loads of styles which I liked (I am very picky and loads of shoes are uncomfortable for me). Before I have placed the order, I have asked few questions and got quick replies from Amy. However, I have read some reviews, that the products are not always in stock (although website says otherwise). Because my wedding date was coming soon and I wanted to order multiple pairs to choose from, I have emailed Amy if all of the pairs that I like are in stock. I got positive response, so ordered all of them. I was waiting a week for a dispatch and then emailed company to ask when can I expect my order. Again Amy replied that actually two pairs were not in stock and they are waiting for them to come! I was shocked, as before the same person reassure me otherwise. I asked for explanation and asked to have part of the order sent now and the rest, when they come from the manufacturer (as Amy suggested). I never got the reply to my email, but few days later the shoes arrived. One of the pairs was damaged. I have emailed Amy straight away, but again - no reply. Afterwards, I have received one more missing pair, but never got the last one. I was waiting four weeks already so just emailed Amy not to bother to send last pair and I will choose my wedding shoes from the ones I have and I will send beck the rest. I never got reply to that message either. I have sent the shoes back and enquired when I can expect the refund. After multiple emails, I finally got response that my refund was processed.The customer service is shocking in this company. It looks like that before they just want to get you to buy their products (even lie to get you to do it) and afterwards they don't care. I only give them 2 stars because they have big selection and I have chosen shoes from them (I was really struggling with that).
Just the most beautiful Wedding accessories ever. So much choice and fabulous quality. Lace and Favour are a wonderful company and amazingly lovely people too. Highly recommended.
