I use this post office on a very regular basis and it is a tremendous asset to the community. I especially like the 8.30 opening when there are no queues, and now the added household items that you can buy as you post - a great idea! We must not lose this excellent service.
We are delighted with the excellent service we receive from the team. With the closing of HSBC and NAT WEST Bank branches in the town, we feel that this Post Office is a vital life saver for most of our banking needs. Also its diverse retail side is a very pleasant addition to its services. Thank you all on the front line.
I have been using this post office for years and they are always happy to help with whatever you need. The staff are efficient and informative and there is always nice things to buy in the shop section.
A most efficient and friendly Post Office. At a time when avaricious Banks are shutting branches with scant regard to the needs of their customers, our Post Office in Crowborough provides a welcome alternative to having to travel to nearby towns to access some banking facilities.This branch provides an essential service for a prosperous town of some 25,000 people, as well as for the rural communities which surround us, and, as such, should be jealously guarded by the local inhabitants!!
A lot better since Phylis has been running it. The queues are shorter, there is a large selection of every day items to buy.Very helpful when renewing my passport at short notice before travelling.
