Brilliant use to walk round this in my lunch time but now changed jobs, going to miss it big time
Popular with dog walkers, joggers and young families, it offers a circuit of footpaths that remain reasonably dry in all weather with not too many areas of mud. Despite the rangers offering dog bins at every entrance it is a pity that not all dog owners have the courtesy to clear up after their pets which spoils it for everyone else. In summer it is a cool oasis under the tree canopy.
A perfect place 2 sit, & listen, & see the variety of fauna & flora this place gives us. Seating all along the route, as well as picnic tables. But muddy in areas, during wet weather.
