Excellent Doctors, good all round online and reception services, and a NHS pharmacy right next door, the only down side is the lack of parking bays at peak times.
Fantastic doctors!Yes there may be a bit of a wait and with thousands of patients to see getting an appointment can sometime be a little difficult but when you're in front of the Doctors they're amazing. So helpful and understanding and never feel rushed. Caring and professional - couldn't ask for more.Top care received, I'd never want to leave this practice!
Honestly the administration and service at this clinic has got to be the worst I have ever experienced. I waited 45 mins for a blood test this morning only to find out the appointment confirmation system was not working and I was supposed to check in so I missed my slot, they lost one of my tests to find out if I had a kidney infection- kind of a serious matter - then called me 4 times over a 4 hours period to do another one. You get a 10 min appointment and the more experienced doctors are never available and I have walked away several times wondering why I even bother. I am going private now and it's costing me a fortune but my health is important to me.
Waited in waitingroom 40mins then went to reception to check appt told it would be at least another 30mins as Dr not in building yet this is unacceptable for anyone never mind when you are ill
