Great care once you actually get in but booking an appointment is a total mission. Receptionists range from excellent to scatter brained and useless, can't even book an appointment to see the hygienist without shelling out 25 "deposit" over the phone which may or may not get recorded due to the variable nature of the receptionist team. You can be sure the dentists will all push you to see her though, regardless of the state of your teeth (I was told I needed to see the hygienist by the dentist, a week after my full clean!). Bit of a mixed bag all round.
