Great and cheap products, however poor delivery and experience. I was buying a MP (Coloured) TRF and I got an email saying the product was out of stock, only issue is the email said I could buy something else or get my money back. When I clicked on the link it sent me back to the site and gave me no code for a free/discounted item and it did not give me my money back. This was a couple of months ago now, I've still not received a discount code or my money back.I do like the range of products but they really need to improve customer service. Delivery I can't blame them for as they maybe dispatching from somewhere far away from my home.

Top Customer Service and Top Team too.Ordered Rucksack over the 'phone. Arrived a day and a half later, by which time, I'd decided to return it. Phoned Cadet Direct to explain why. They were very understanding and friendly and e-mailed a pre-paid return label to me within the hour to allow me to post it back to them that morning. Two days later, my account had been fully refunded.Friendly, generous, efficient, with top Customer Service.Thank you Cadet Direct - Thank you Andy and Thank you SarahTop team too.

Phoned up to place an order Monday. Staff were really helpful in finding what I needed. Even offered great alternatives to any products that were not in stock. Ordered around half 1 and received by 11am the next morning! Great customer service would highly recommend!
